Returns and Refunds:

• Manufacturing Defects: We accept returns only for items with manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide a video of the parcel opening as proof of the defect.
• Return Process: To initiate a return for a manufacturing defect, please email info@katvogue.com  with your order number, description of the defect, and the parcel opening video. Our team will review the information and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Size Exchanges:

• Exchange Eligibility: If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. A parcel opening video is mandatory to validate the exchange request.
• Free Exchange: Exchanges are free of cost. Simply contact our customer service team at info@katvogue.com with your order number, the size you need, and the parcel opening video.
• Exchange Process: Our team will provide you with instructions for the exchange. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition with tags attached, we will send out the new size at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

• Parcel Opening Video: The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, the opening process, and the item’s condition upon opening. This is crucial for both returns and exchanges.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.
